Podcast Editor (Part-Time, Remote)
Scope:
Editing audio across multiple shows within the network, including Under Par Over Time and other active productions.
Responsibilities:
Edit podcast episodes (audio cleanup, pacing, final polish)
Prepare files for publishing
Maintain consistency across episodes
Compensation:
Paid (details discussed based on experience)
Growth & Strategy Intern (3–6 Months, Remote)
Scope:
Support audience development and content strategy across the podcast network.
Responsibilities:
Assist with growth ideas and audience development
Support content planning and positioning
Identify opportunities to expand reach
Compensation:
Monthly stipend (details provided during interview process)
Historical Research Intern (2 -4 Months, Remote)
Scope:
Support episode development through historical research and source gathering.
Responsibilities:
Research golf history topics and events
Identify credible sources and references
Assist in building episode outlines
